We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Because each item is made to order and perishable, returns are not possible. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve your issue. Baked goods may shift during shipment and although we do take great care in shipping your products, breakage and/or cracking may occur in shipping process. We will not be responsible for goods damaged in shipment. ALLERGY ALERT: Baked goods are produced in a kitchen and on equipment that is in contact with dairy, nuts, soy, egg and wheat products.

Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail Service. You always have the option of picking up your order Astoria, NY. Please contact us for more information regarding location and pick up times. If you live in the Astoria, LIC, NYC area, delivery is an option for a $15-$25 service fee on the day of your event. Products are made from scratch to order. It may take up to 3 days to produce your order and shipping can take up to 3 days. Shoppers must allow up to 6 days to recieve your items after placing your order.
